HRa Mobile provides employees of HR Access clients with secure, mobile access to specific HRIS processes and personnel records via smartphones with reliable connectivity.

The application supports the following HR functions:

• For Employees:
  • Submitting leave requests
  • Viewing accrued leave balances
  • Checking co-worker schedules
  • Recording and reviewing absences
  • Accessing essential payslip information
  • Viewing personal personnel records
• For Managers:
  • Managing employee leave requests
  • Scheduling staff work shifts
  • Reviewing team members’ accrued leave balances
  • Accessing summarized employee files

Security Features

• Customizable employer-specific login URL to access the application
• Mandatory username and password authentication with encrypted data transmission after multiple failed login attempts
• Automatic account lockout after periods of inactivity to ensure security

Demo Mode

The application includes a demo mode designed for demonstration purposes. In this mode, users can explore the application's interface and functionalities without accessing actual personnel data. To activate demo mode, modify the iPhone settings by selecting “Demo” mode for HRa Mobile.

Alternatively, login credentials for testing are available:

• Manager and Employee access: username “petra” with password “petra”
• Employee-only access: username “richard” with password “richard”

Users can reset the demo environment by clicking the “Reset” button located in the footer of the Main Menu, allowing all test data and modifications to be cleared, returning the application to its default state.
